Unquestionably, there is a direct correlation between the speed in which your enrollment team responds to a lead and the likelihood that this person will ultimately enroll in your school. You may think that calling a lead back in one day (or perhaps only hours after a prospect requested information) is quick. The reality is if another school calls that lead back quicker than you, the odds of that student enrolling at your school greatly decreases.
